Help find Sean Sidi

We need your help to find our son

A Sunburst for Sean's Sweet and Sunny Smile

Each day that passes without Sean’s brightness and laughter brings an emptiness that cannot be filled.   Sean is dearly missed by many people who continue to hope, pray and work (by posting thousands of fliers and spreading the word about the search for Sean)  for his safe return.

Below is a note about Sean from his Aunt Lianne.

I always smile when I think of Sean.   Sean says the funniest things.  He could make all of us laugh and smile even when discussing composting and recycling.   He said things like, “We compost everything even chicken bones.”  He would say these funny things with that teasing, sweet smile of his.     Attached is a photo of a mirror that Sean brought back for me from one of his trips.  He said he picked it because he knew I liked mirrors.  It is perfect and reminds me of Sean ….. a sunburst for Sean’s sweet and sunny smile.

A Letter to Sean, from Rachel

Dear Sean,

I can’t help but count the days since you’ve been gone and I cant help but cry when I think about your absence. We had such great times, it feels just like yesterday that we were feeding ducks at the pond, getting shave ice at Waiola and ganging up on Jason. Along with you being gone so much more is happening in my life and I need my big cousin to help me. You are one of the few people I tell everything to and feel comfortable doing so, which is why I need you here. Who else is supposed to help me in my last year of high school drama? Yes I still have Syd and everyone else but no one could replace you. Everyone is worried sick and we need to know you are safe. Where are you, Sean?

To the Oregon Border - Search for Sean Continues ...

Our search for Sean continues with even more urgency.  This weekend, Claude (Sean's dad) and Danielle (Sean's sister, shown in photo) are posting Sean's fliers from San Francisco to Mt. Shasta, near the Oregon Border.     We have received reports of Sean's fliers in Colorado, Chicago Airport, Portland Oregon and all over California.     Sean's cousin, Sydney, visited Santa Clara University two weeks ago and took Sean's fliers with her.   THANKS TO ALL OF YOU - many people near the university had already heard about our search for Sean.

Please drop us a line as to where you have seen or posted Sean's fliers: facebook.com/findseansidi or lynnkching@yahoo.com.

Together in hope,
