PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST SEAN'S FLIERS IN AND OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO & KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR SEAN. WE HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT SEAN IS ALIVE, THOUGH NOT WELL.

TIPS THROUGH HOMELESS COMMUNITY

SOME of the new TIPS have come from those of YOU who spoke to those living on the streets or in the parks.

A FEW OF THE OLDER TIPS HAVE ALSO BEEN CALLED IN DIRECTLY BY THOSE LIVING ON THE STREETS or IN THE PARKS - both IN & OUT of San Francisco.

THOSE LIVING IN THE PARKS/STREETS ARE THE EARS AND EYES OF THE CITY IN MANY RESPECTS AND A WEALTH OF INFORMATION.

PLEASE GIVE SEAN'S FLIER TO HOMELESS PERSONS LIVING IN THE PARKS OR STREETS ( BOTH IN AND OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO) AND SHARE THE NEWS ABOUT OUR SEARCH FOR SEAN. Many of the homeless (particularly the teens/younger crowd), rotate IN and OUT of San Francisco, and travel regularly up and down the Hwy 101 or Hwy 1 corridor, through San Francisco, and down south to San Diego or Los Angeles. If Sean has been taken out of San Francisco, those traveling the circuit may have seen Sean.

More information will be posted in the days to come.

Sean SIDI, age 19 yrs., suffered a severe traumatic brain injury shortly before going missing on May 21, 2013, from San Francisco. Sean is in URGENT NEED of medical care. Sean is 5'5", 120 lbs., Asian/Caucasian, dark brown wavy hair (LIKELY AN AFRO BY NOW); dark brown eyes, wears SILVER DENTAL BRACES, has dimples, right eye droops slightly, has scar on right forehead from brain surgery.

SEARCH AND RESCUE DOGS PICK UP SEAN SIDI’S SCENT

SEARCH AND RESCUE DOGS PICK UP SEAN SIDI’S SCENT – PLEASE SHARE

Given Sean’s traumatic brain injury and other pre-existing medical conditions at the time Sean went missing from San Francisco, CA on May 21, 2013, there was serious concern whether Sean was still alive.

Last week, a search and rescue dog team came to San Francisco to search for Sean.  This team has worked with the FBI on many missing person cases.  To our amazement, the dogs made a “strong scent” find [of Sean] in various parts of San Francisco.  The strong scent finds occurred -  near and around hippy hill (Golden Gate Park;  near and around the small park at Octavia/Fell;  near and around the Presidio near Mountain Lake;  near and around 1801 Wedemeyer (in the Presidio); and near and around Lake Street between 11th and 15th Avenue.

We have been informed that a “strong scent” find means that an item belonging to Sean or Sean himself was at the “find site” WITHIN 6 WEEKS of the find (scent would fade after 6 weeks).   While there is always room for error, the lead handler said that based on the dogs’ behavior, she strongly believes that the dogs had picked up Sean’s (and not someone else’s) scent.

In the context of other tips received, we are SEEKING HELP IN POSTING SEAN’S FLIERS ANYWHERE THAT YOU MAY BE LOCATED, WITH A FOCUS (1) IN SAN FRANCISCO AND (2) ALONG HWY 1 & HWY 101 NORTH THROUGH MARIN & SONOMA COUNTY.

The dogs’ “find” has given us hope that Sean is still alive.  On the other hand, comments from those providing tips indicate that “Sean” appears in need of medical care.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW.  IF YOU CAN, PLEASE HELP POST SEAN’S FLIERS.

To have Sean’s missing person fliers mailed to you, email lynnkching@yahoo.com.   Fliers can also downloaded from www.seansidi.com or www.facebook.com/findseansidi.

THANKS TO EVERYONE POSTING SEAN SIDI'S FLIERS

At this juncture we remain hopeful that Sean is still alive.   While none of the recent sightings have been confirmed (by someone who knows Sean personally), many of the tips have referenced a young man who is need of medical care.

Your help in posting Sean's missing person flier in San Francisco, up the Hwy 101 & Hwy 1 Marin/Sonoma corridor & beyond, greatly increases our chances of finding Sean in time.

Thank you for all your help!

The Sidi Family
